Trust In HimThere comes a time in your life when you should realize that just about everything you’ve done has failed. It’s because you have been trusting in your own-self and in everyone else. You say to yourself, “I can’t trust anyone” they have all let me down, and many times you begin to doubt yourself as well. You have to come to the realization that you to have a relationship with the Lord and know that you can always trust Him. When ever in doubt or feeling weak just Trust in the Lord.
The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him. Psalm 28:7 (NIV) Many times we have trusted friends or family members in our lives and they have done things to hurt us, even if they say that they love us, but for some reason or another they have left us down and the more that happens in life the less you trust in others. You feel as you have to put a guard up to protect yourselves from getting hurt again. But little do we know that by building up that wall we are just hurting ourselves even more. The only way that this cycle that can be broken is to come to the Lord, he will be give you strength, he will protect you by being your shield and will help you. He’s the only one that will never hurt you. You can Trust him with everything. LORD Almighty, blessed is the one who trusts in you. Psalm 84:12 (NIV) |
